Do you have a size chart?


We do. Please refer to our Size Chart. If, after reviewing the chart you are still uncertain about what size to order email us at and we will be happy to provide you with more information.


If my child’s height is in one range and weight in a different range what size do I get?


Generally, we recommend going by the height unless your child’s weight is substantially over or under the suggested weight range. If you're still not sure email us at and we will be able to provide you with more information about the fit of specific pieces.


Will this item shrink?


Yes. Preshrinking is a chemical process and we do not like to chemically treat our clothes unnecessarily. You will notice your garments arrive looking a little big. We recommend washing in cold water and drying on low heat to achieve the proper amount of shrinkage in our 100% cotton clothing.

Our Cozie pieces contain 80% cotton and 20% polyester; that 20% polyester prevents our Cozie Fleece items from shrinking.




What are my payment options?


We accept all major credit cards. You can also pay via PayPal or Amazon Pay.


How do I change or cancel an order?


An order may be modified or cancelled prior to shipping. Please contact us at to inquire whether it is still possible to change or cancel your order.




Do you offer Gift Certificates?


Yes we do. They are available in several different increments up to $250. They can be purchased online and will be sent to you via email with instructions for use.


Do you offer gift packaging?


Yes. A gift wrap option is available for $4.00 for your entire order. It can be easily added to your order in your shipping cart. Unless otherwise specified, your entire order will be wrapped together as a single gift. If you only want some items wrapped or your order contains gifts with multiple destinations please specify which items you would like wrapped together or not wrapped at all in the note section. You can split the order into as many separate gifts as you’d like and the cost is still $4.00.


Do you offer a Gift Registry?


We do not currently offer a Gift Registry. However, you do have the ability to create a Wish List to share with family and friends. Once you have signed in to your account it's as simple as shopping and clicking "Send to Wish List". Just remember, unlike a Gift Registry your Wish List does not track what has been purchased from your list.


Do you offer gift receipts?


Currently there is no option to request a gift receipt when purchasing online. If you would like to request a gift receipt please contact as soon as possible after placing your order so that we can include the gift receipt in your package.




What countries do you ship to?


Shipping is available anywhere in the United States or Canada.


When shipping outside the US how are duties and taxes handled?


Any duty or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods. It is important to remember this when sending gifts outside the US - the gift recipient will be charged duties and taxes if the gift is sent directly from Zutano.

When will my order be shipped?


Orders are shipped within two business days of receipt. Our business days are Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays.


How will I know when my order has shipped?


You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Once my order has shipped how long will it take to receive?


Your order will be received within the following amount of business days depending on your shipping speed-


Standard Shipping- 3-6 business days         

3-Day Express- 1-3 business days

Next Day- if the order is placed before 1pm EST your order will arrive the following business day


How do I check the status of my order?


To check the status of an order, you must log in to your account. If you do not yet have an account with Zutano, you can create one by going to My Account. To access the log in page you can also click on the account icon in the top right corner or you can click on “Track An Order” at the bottom of any page under “Customer Info”.


How do I track my order?


Your confirmation e-mail contains a tracking number, which you can use at to follow the progress of your order. You will also find your tracking number in My Account under “Summary”.
