Generally, we recommend going by the height unless your child’s weight
is substantially over or under the suggested weight range. If you're
still not sure email us at email@example.com and we will be able to provide you with more information about the fit of specific pieces.
Clothing will shrink a little bit. We recommend washing in cold water
and drying on low heat to achieve the proper amount of shrinkage in our
100% cotton clothing. Our sizing recommendations have a reasonable amount of assumed shrink built in.
Our Cozie pieces contain 70% cotton and 30% polyester; that 30% polyester prevents our Cozie Fleece items from shrinking.
Yes. A gift wrap option is available for $4.00 for your entire order. It can be easily added to your order in your shopping cart. Unless otherwise specified, your entire order will be wrapped together as a single gift. If you only want some items wrapped or your order contains gifts with multiple destinations please specify which items you would like wrapped together or not wrapped at all in the note section. You can split the order into as many separate gifts as you’d like and the cost is still $4.00.
We do not currently offer a Gift Registry. However, you do have the ability to create a Wish List to share with family and friends. Once you have signed in to your account it's as simple as shopping and clicking "Send to Wish List". Just remember, unlike a Gift Registry your Wish List does not track what has been purchased from your list.
Currently there is no option to request a gift receipt when purchasing online. If you would like to request a gift receipt please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after placing your order so that we can include the gift receipt in your package.
Any duty or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods. It is important to remember this when sending gifts outside the US - the gift recipient will be charged duties and taxes if the gift is sent directly from Zutano.
To check the status of an order, you must log in to your account. If you do not yet have an account with Zutano, you can create one by going to My Account. To access the log in page you can also click on the account icon in the top right corner or you can click on “Track An Order” at the bottom of any page under “Customer Info”.
We accept returns of unused merchandise up to 30 days from the date your order was shipped. More information on our return policy and instructions for returns and exchanges can be found on our Returns page.
We love to get photos from our customers of their kids wearing Zutano! You can either tag us on social media by using #zutano or #bestbootiesever, or you can write a review of one of our products and submit a photo when you are prompted to do so. Please note that both of these actions give us the permission to use the photo on our social media accounts and in our marketing materials.
Our Z Rewards program has been discontinued, but if you have leftover points that went unused, you may contact customer service to receive a coupon code worth equal value to your points balance.
