Returns

Zutano will gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise purchased from zutano.com for a full refund.  Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, specialty stores, or other online merchandisers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the original retailer.

Please note that any products that say "final sale" in the description are non-returnable.

• Returns will only be accepted if you initiate the return within 30 days of date your your order shipped, except during Holiday extended return periods where you have 60 days
• Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund once we receive your return
