Return Policy

Zutano will gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise purchased from zutano.com for a full refund. Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, specialty stores, or other online merchandisers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the original retailer. Returns must be received within 60 days of purchase and be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. If your original receipt is not available, we will make a refund or exchange based on the current selling price at zutano.com.

If you are returning a gift, the return must be accompanied by the original gift receipt and will be made in the form of a Zutano Online Gift Card. If your original gift receipt is unavailable, we will issue the Gift Card based on the current selling price at zutano.com.

To return merchandise, simply fill out the exchange/return form on the back of the invoice that was included with your purchase. Place the merchandise in the original package, or similar packaging, and use the return address label provided with your order. We recommend insuring your return package.

If we shipped an incorrect item we will refund your postage and ship the correct item at no cost to you.

If you are making an exchange we will ship your new merchandise with no additional shipping or handling charges.
